underwhelming experience
weak pressure inconsistent temperature
The air conditioning barely worked . this made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during the day. the shower was also a letdown. The water pressure was very weak! and the temperature was inconsistent.

warm greeting efficient check-in valuable recommendation stress-free vacation
i came here for a short getaway. staff greeted us warmly at arrival. Jamal, the doorman, handled our luggage immediately and ensured we were comfortable. nacho assisted with check-in. he also gave valuable recommendations on nearby attractions and dining options. this made for a stress-free vacation, as everything was handled efficiently.
the gym was a bit small. some equipment was out of service . this limited my workout options.

the reception staff were consistently friendly. the concierge offered prompt assistance with various requests. the breakfast service was efficient, though it got busy sometimes, the team handled it very well, ensuring all guests were attended to swiftly.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with the room cleaned daily. the bed was comfortable, and the linen felt fresh and new. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

good stay, few small issues

the accessible room was spacious, i noticed it was quite quiet despite its nearness to the highway. parking was convenient, with free spaces right outside. i did enjoy a delicious dinner at l'attitude, the hotel's restaurant. staff members was very good and they was attentive.
i think the hotel, had just one very minor thing i noticed. the gym was a bit small, i saw that some of the equipment needed work. it wasn't a big deal, just something i thought could be better.

the outside pool looked inviting, i didn't use it because i was busy with other things. the gym offered basic equipment and i think can be expanded. the hotel included free parking spaces just outside.

my suite terrace was large with everything working fine. the room was very clean and had a terrace. the bathroom included appropriate toiletries that was nice. i had a good sleep thanks to the quiet atmosphere.

ample room varied selection
I was impressed by the room size. It allowed for comfortable movement and relaxation. the breakfast selection was diverse and met my expectations each morning. i also valued the availability of plentiful sunbeds, ensuring i always found a spot by the pool.
