Jamal, the doorman, handled our luggage immediately and ensured we were comfortable. nacho assisted with check-in. he also gave valuable recommendations on nearby attractions and dining options. this made for a stress-free vacation, as everything was handled efficiently.

the gym was a bit small. some equipment was out of service . this limited my workout options.

Check-in lacked a cute touch. Guests ahead of us received cava, but we didn't. the reception staff was unhelpful when we inquired about local transportation. the website stated it was an adults-only hotel, yet children were present, misleading.

the accessible room was spacious, i noticed it was quite quiet despite its nearness to the highway. parking was convenient, with free spaces right outside. i did enjoy a delicious dinner at l'attitude, the hotel's restaurant. staff members was very good and they was attentive.

i think the hotel, had just one very minor thing i noticed. the gym was a bit small, i saw that some of the equipment needed work. it wasn't a big deal, just something i thought could be better.
